Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Big Tick Hexaline.dll
2.Extract Big Tick Hexaline.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Big Tick Hexaline.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Big Tick Hexaline.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Big Tick Hexaline.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Big Tick Hexaline.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Big Tick Hexaline.dll and press Enter.
