Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BlueStreak.dll 3,0,15,126
2.Extract BlueStreak.dll 3,0,15,126 from .zip. We recommend that you extract BlueStreak.dll 3,0,15,126 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BlueStreak.dll 3,0,15,126.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BlueStreak.dll 3,0,15,126 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BlueStreak.dll 3,0,15,126 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BlueStreak.dll 3,0,15,126 and press Enter.
