Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Bmp2pngd.dll
2.Extract Bmp2pngd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Bmp2pngd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Bmp2pngd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Bmp2pngd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Bmp2pngd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Bmp2pngd.dll and press Enter.
