Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BusinessRules.dll
2.Extract BusinessRules.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BusinessRules.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BusinessRules.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BusinessRules.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BusinessRules.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BusinessRules.dll and press Enter.
