Using the zip or rar file
1.Download backweb.dll 7.2.0.137
2.Extract backweb.dll 7.2.0.137 from .zip. We recommend that you extract backweb.dll 7.2.0.137 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting backweb.dll 7.2.0.137.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract backweb.dll 7.2.0.137 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place backweb.dll 7.2.0.137 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 backweb.dll 7.2.0.137 and press Enter.
