Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bandtest.dll 1.0
2.Extract bandtest.dll 1.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract bandtest.dll 1.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bandtest.dll 1.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bandtest.dll 1.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bandtest.dll 1.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bandtest.dll 1.0 and press Enter.
