Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bdqz.dll
2.Extract bdqz.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bdqz.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bdqz.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bdqz.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bdqz.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bdqz.dll and press Enter.
