Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bilinearplus.dll
2.Extract bilinearplus.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bilinearplus.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bilinearplus.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bilinearplus.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bilinearplus.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bilinearplus.dll and press Enter.
