Using the zip or rar file
1.Download blnmgrps.dll
2.Extract blnmgrps.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract blnmgrps.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting blnmgrps.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract blnmgrps.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place blnmgrps.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 blnmgrps.dll and press Enter.
