Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bor9rphn.dll 2007.100.1600.22
2.Extract bor9rphn.dll 2007.100.1600.22 from .zip. We recommend that you extract bor9rphn.dll 2007.100.1600.22 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bor9rphn.dll 2007.100.1600.22.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bor9rphn.dll 2007.100.1600.22 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bor9rphn.dll 2007.100.1600.22 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bor9rphn.dll 2007.100.1600.22 and press Enter.
