Using the zip or rar file
1.Download brci14a.dll 5.0.0.16
2.Extract brci14a.dll 5.0.0.16 from .zip. We recommend that you extract brci14a.dll 5.0.0.16 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting brci14a.dll 5.0.0.16.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract brci14a.dll 5.0.0.16 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place brci14a.dll 5.0.0.16 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 brci14a.dll 5.0.0.16 and press Enter.
