Using the zip or rar file
1.Download brmzrd13.DLL 1.0.1.7
2.Extract brmzrd13.DLL 1.0.1.7 from .zip. We recommend that you extract brmzrd13.DLL 1.0.1.7 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting brmzrd13.DLL 1.0.1.7.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract brmzrd13.DLL 1.0.1.7 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place brmzrd13.DLL 1.0.1.7 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 brmzrd13.DLL 1.0.1.7 and press Enter.
