Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bwcc0009.dll
2.Extract bwcc0009.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bwcc0009.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bwcc0009.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bwcc0009.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bwcc0009.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bwcc0009.dll and press Enter.
