Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BPChangePassword.dll
2.Extract BPChangePassword.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BPChangePassword.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BPChangePassword.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BPChangePassword.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BPChangePassword.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BPChangePassword.dll and press Enter.
