Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BaseSet.dll
2.Extract BaseSet.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BaseSet.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BaseSet.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BaseSet.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BaseSet.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BaseSet.dll and press Enter.
