Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Biff8Excel.dll
2.Extract Biff8Excel.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Biff8Excel.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Biff8Excel.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Biff8Excel.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Biff8Excel.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Biff8Excel.dll and press Enter.
