Using the zip or rar file
1.Download basiceffectsplugin.dll
2.Extract basiceffectsplugin.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract basiceffectsplugin.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting basiceffectsplugin.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract basiceffectsplugin.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place basiceffectsplugin.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 basiceffectsplugin.dll and press Enter.
