Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cq90fcic.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract cq90fcic.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract cq90fcic.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cq90fcic.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cq90fcic.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cq90fcic.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cq90fcic.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
