Using the zip or rar file
1.Download IAYG11EN.dll
2.Extract IAYG11EN.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract IAYG11EN.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting IAYG11EN.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract IAYG11EN.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place IAYG11EN.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 IAYG11EN.dll and press Enter.
