Using the zip or rar file
1.Download inshlp32.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1
2.Extract inshlp32.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract inshlp32.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting inshlp32.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract inshlp32.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place inshlp32.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 inshlp32.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 and press Enter.
