Using the zip or rar file
1.Download IBrowse.dll
2.Extract IBrowse.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract IBrowse.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting IBrowse.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract IBrowse.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place IBrowse.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 IBrowse.dll and press Enter.
