Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ICO2000A.DLL
2.Extract ICO2000A.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract ICO2000A.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ICO2000A.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ICO2000A.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ICO2000A.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ICO2000A.DLL and press Enter.
