Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ICQLRT.dll
2.Extract ICQLRT.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ICQLRT.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ICQLRT.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ICQLRT.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ICQLRT.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ICQLRT.dll and press Enter.
