Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ICSDCLT.DLL 5.1.2485.0 (main.010531-2130)
2.Extract ICSDCLT.DLL 5.1.2485.0 (main.010531-2130) from .zip. We recommend that you extract ICSDCLT.DLL 5.1.2485.0 (main.010531-2130) to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ICSDCLT.DLL 5.1.2485.0 (main.010531-2130).
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ICSDCLT.DLL 5.1.2485.0 (main.010531-2130) to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ICSDCLT.DLL 5.1.2485.0 (main.010531-2130) in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
