Using the zip or rar file
1.Download IImage.dll 2,1,1,3
2.Extract IImage.dll 2,1,1,3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract IImage.dll 2,1,1,3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting IImage.dll 2,1,1,3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract IImage.dll 2,1,1,3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place IImage.dll 2,1,1,3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 IImage.dll 2,1,1,3 and press Enter.
