Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ISRT.dll 7,07
2.Extract ISRT.dll 7,07 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ISRT.dll 7,07 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ISRT.dll 7,07.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ISRT.dll 7,07 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ISRT.dll 7,07 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ISRT.dll 7,07 and press Enter.
