Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ITextBox.dll 2,1,1,02
2.Extract ITextBox.dll 2,1,1,02 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ITextBox.dll 2,1,1,02 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ITextBox.dll 2,1,1,02.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ITextBox.dll 2,1,1,02 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ITextBox.dll 2,1,1,02 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ITextBox.dll 2,1,1,02 and press Enter.
