Using the zip or rar file
1.Download IUser7.dll 7,07
2.Extract IUser7.dll 7,07 from .zip. We recommend that you extract IUser7.dll 7,07 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting IUser7.dll 7,07.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract IUser7.dll 7,07 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place IUser7.dll 7,07 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 IUser7.dll 7,07 and press Enter.
