Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Iacenc.dll 2.05.538
2.Extract Iacenc.dll 2.05.538 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Iacenc.dll 2.05.538 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Iacenc.dll 2.05.538.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Iacenc.dll 2.05.538 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Iacenc.dll 2.05.538 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Iacenc.dll 2.05.538 and press Enter.
