Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Ie5pack.dll
2.Extract Ie5pack.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Ie5pack.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Ie5pack.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Ie5pack.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Ie5pack.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Ie5pack.dll and press Enter.
