Using the zip or rar file 1.Download IraVcLc2.dll 2.2.5.1678
2.Extract IraVcLc2.dll 2.2.5.1678 from .zip. We recommend that you extract IraVcLc2.dll 2.2.5.1678 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting IraVcLc2.dll 2.2.5.1678.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract IraVcLc2.dll 2.2.5.1678 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place IraVcLc2.dll 2.2.5.1678 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 IraVcLc2.dll 2.2.5.1678 and press Enter.
