Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ib238res.dll 5.1.3505.0
2.Extract ib238res.dll 5.1.3505.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ib238res.dll 5.1.3505.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ib238res.dll 5.1.3505.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ib238res.dll 5.1.3505.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ib238res.dll 5.1.3505.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
