Using the zip or rar file
1.Download icqate32.dll 426
2.Extract icqate32.dll 426 from .zip. We recommend that you extract icqate32.dll 426 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting icqate32.dll 426.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract icqate32.dll 426 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place icqate32.dll 426 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 icqate32.dll 426 and press Enter.
