Using the zip or rar file
1.Download icule22.dll 2,2,0,0
2.Extract icule22.dll 2,2,0,0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract icule22.dll 2,2,0,0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting icule22.dll 2,2,0,0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract icule22.dll 2,2,0,0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place icule22.dll 2,2,0,0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 icule22.dll 2,2,0,0 and press Enter.
