Using the zip or rar file
1.Download iddbas01.dll 2.50
2.Extract iddbas01.dll 2.50 from .zip. We recommend that you extract iddbas01.dll 2.50 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting iddbas01.dll 2.50.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract iddbas01.dll 2.50 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place iddbas01.dll 2.50 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 iddbas01.dll 2.50 and press Enter.
