Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ie4tour.dll 4.71.1712.0
2.Extract ie4tour.dll 4.71.1712.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ie4tour.dll 4.71.1712.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ie4tour.dll 4.71.1712.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ie4tour.dll 4.71.1712.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ie4tour.dll 4.71.1712.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ie4tour.dll 4.71.1712.0 and press Enter.
