Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ieencode.dll 20010725002
2.Extract ieencode.dll 20010725002 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ieencode.dll 20010725002 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ieencode.dll 20010725002.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ieencode.dll 20010725002 to your system directory. By default, this is:
