Using the zip or rar file
1.Download iernonce.dll
2.Extract iernonce.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract iernonce.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting iernonce.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract iernonce.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place iernonce.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 iernonce.dll and press Enter.
