Using the zip or rar file
1.Download iisext.dll
2.Extract iisext.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract iisext.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting iisext.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract iisext.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place iisext.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 iisext.dll and press Enter.
