Using the zip or rar file
1.Download imagehlp.dll
2.Extract imagehlp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract imagehlp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting imagehlp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract imagehlp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place imagehlp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 imagehlp.dll and press Enter.
