Using the zip or rar file
1.Download inetwh32.dll 7.00.133
2.Extract inetwh32.dll 7.00.133 from .zip. We recommend that you extract inetwh32.dll 7.00.133 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting inetwh32.dll 7.00.133.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract inetwh32.dll 7.00.133 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place inetwh32.dll 7.00.133 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 inetwh32.dll 7.00.133 and press Enter.
