Using the zip or rar file
1.Download inshlp16.dll 7.00.000
2.Extract inshlp16.dll 7.00.000 from .zip. We recommend that you extract inshlp16.dll 7.00.000 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting inshlp16.dll 7.00.000.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract inshlp16.dll 7.00.000 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place inshlp16.dll 7.00.000 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 inshlp16.dll 7.00.000 and press Enter.
