Using the zip or rar file 1.Download inshlp2k.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1
2.Extract inshlp2k.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract inshlp2k.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting inshlp2k.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract inshlp2k.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place inshlp2k.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 inshlp2k.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 and press Enter.
