Using the zip or rar file
1.Download intldate.dll 2, 0, 0, 1902
2.Extract intldate.dll 2, 0, 0, 1902 from .zip. We recommend that you extract intldate.dll 2, 0, 0, 1902 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting intldate.dll 2, 0, 0, 1902.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract intldate.dll 2, 0, 0, 1902 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place intldate.dll 2, 0, 0, 1902 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 intldate.dll 2, 0, 0, 1902 and press Enter.
