Using the zip or rar file
1.Download isdntb32.dll 2.12.257
2.Extract isdntb32.dll 2.12.257 from .zip. We recommend that you extract isdntb32.dll 2.12.257 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting isdntb32.dll 2.12.257.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract isdntb32.dll 2.12.257 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place isdntb32.dll 2.12.257 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 isdntb32.dll 2.12.257 and press Enter.
