Using the zip or rar file
1.Download LEXBCE.DLL 8.19
2.Extract LEXBCE.DLL 8.19 from .zip. We recommend that you extract LEXBCE.DLL 8.19 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting LEXBCE.DLL 8.19.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract LEXBCE.DLL 8.19 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place LEXBCE.DLL 8.19 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 LEXBCE.DLL 8.19 and press Enter.
