Using the zip or rar file
1.Download LQCUI2.dll 8.2.0.1192
2.Extract LQCUI2.dll 8.2.0.1192 from .zip. We recommend that you extract LQCUI2.dll 8.2.0.1192 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting LQCUI2.dll 8.2.0.1192.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract LQCUI2.dll 8.2.0.1192 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place LQCUI2.dll 8.2.0.1192 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 LQCUI2.dll 8.2.0.1192 and press Enter.
