Using the zip or rar file
1.Download LMS20Rules.dll
2.Extract LMS20Rules.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract LMS20Rules.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting LMS20Rules.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract LMS20Rules.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place LMS20Rules.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 LMS20Rules.dll and press Enter.
