Using the zip or rar file
1.Download LNGSMO.DLL
2.Extract LNGSMO.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract LNGSMO.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting LNGSMO.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract LNGSMO.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place LNGSMO.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 LNGSMO.DLL and press Enter.
