Using the zip or rar file
1.Download LTCON13n.dll 13.0.0.0112
2.Extract LTCON13n.dll 13.0.0.0112 from .zip. We recommend that you extract LTCON13n.dll 13.0.0.0112 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting LTCON13n.dll 13.0.0.0112.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract LTCON13n.dll 13.0.0.0112 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place LTCON13n.dll 13.0.0.0112 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 LTCON13n.dll 13.0.0.0112 and press Enter.
